Booking will be definitively confirmed upon receipt of a deposit corresponding to 20% of the total amount for the stay (minimum 120,00 €).

In case of holiday cancellation, deposit will be reimbursed with the following deductions:

• 50% in case of cancellation at least 30 days before the beginning of stay
• 100% in case of cancellation from 30 to 1 days before the beginning of stay

Apartments regulations

• Check-in from 2 pm to 7 pm
• Check-out within 9:30 am
• Guests must leave the apartment clean and tidy; the Management reserves the right to apply additional charges for any damages or missing items, or for the necessary final cleaning of dirty apartments
• It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment, or change furniture position
• Guests must avoid disturbing noises, in particular from 12 pm to 8 am
• Dogs are not allowed to stay on  beds and/or sofas and the pet owner is always responsible for the behaviour of the animal
• Near the exit you can find bins for separate waste collection (paper, plastic/metal, glass, damp, unsorted waste). Guests must always use these bins
• The use of the garden and swimming pool is reserved only for guests; visitors are admitted only in the apartments and can not stay overnight

Gym

• Children under 13 years are not allowed to use the gym
• Guest must use their own bath towel
• Guests must clean gym tools after use and leave all equipment in place

If necessary, in the gym you can find a first aid kit.

Swimming pool rules and regulations

• Children below 13 years must be accompanied by an adult
• For hygiene reasons, all guests are requested to take a shower before using the pool
• Guests must put their own bath towel over lawn chairs
• Pool users are requested to behave in a proper way and must not disturb the other guests
• In the pool do not use soap, detergents, or other substances that could contaminate water
• Diving is not permitted
• The pool must not be used in case of bad weather
• No glassware is permitted near the pool

Garden / toys / barbecue / laundry

• Toys, lawn chairs, laundry and barbecue can be used freely by all guests and after usage must be left as they were before
• Children below 14 years must be controlled by an adult
