Prices

Check-in: from 3 pm to 7 pm

Check-out: within 9:30 am

Final cleaning:

• included, for stays of at least  1 week
• for stays of less than 7 nights:
  • € 20 two-room apartment
  • € 40 three-room apartment

DEPOSIT:  € 200,00  required upon delivery of keys and returned upon departure.

Extra: city tax € 1,00 per person per day (over 14 years)

Extra on request:

• Children’s bed: € 7 per day
• Dogs: € 7 per day

Booking will be definitively confirmed upon receipt of a deposit corresponding to 20% of the total amount for the stay (minimum 120,00 €).

Deposit can be paid through credit cadrs  or by means of a bank transfer on request via paypal

In case of holiday cancellation, deposit will be reimbursed with the following deductions:

• for cancellation at least 20 days before the start of the stay; penalty of €0
• for cancellations from 1 to 19 days before the start of the stay; first night penalty
• no-show; penalty for the entire stay
• no penalty for cancellation due to restrictions by the authorities

Late arrival or early departure DOES NOT involve a reduction in the agreed price
